  • Freedom of conscience and free profession, practice and propagation of religion.

  • Freedom to manage religious affairs.

Cultural and Educational Rights

  • Protection of interests of minorities. 

  • Right of minorities to establish and administer educational and financial institutions.

Right to Constitutional Remedies

  • Power of General Assembly to modify the rights conferred by this Part in their application to Forces, etc. 

  • Restriction on rights conferred by this Part while martial law is in force in any area. 

  • Legislation to give effect to the provisions of this Part

Fundamental Duties

It shall be the duty of every citizen of United Stands of Lemonade to

  • abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals, the Flag and the National Anthem;

  • cherish and follow the noble ideals of opensource systems, decentralization, ownership & permissionless commerce which inspired our struggle for freedom;

  • uphold and protect the sovereignty, unity and integrity of United Stands of Lemonade;

  • defend the Network and render service when called upon to do so;

  • promote harmony and the spirit of dialogue amongst all the people of United Stands of Lemonade transcending religious, linguistic and regional or sectional diversities; to renounce practices derogatory to the dignity of individuals or minorities based on faith, belief, religion, gender, sexual orientation, cast or economic status;

  • value and preserve the rich heritage of our composite diverse culture;

  • protect and improve the natural environment towards a sustainable future

  • develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;

  • safeguard public goods and to abjure violence;

  • strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the network constantly rises to higher levels of endeavor and achievement;
